Join us for this free event, part of Mangalam Center’s Second Friday series in downtown Berkeley!
This talk features Jack Petranker, Director of the Center for Creative Inquiry (CCI) and founder of Full Presence Mindfulness.
This talk introduces a new way of practicing mindfulness, known as Full Presence Mindfulness. Come check it out, and if it clicks for you, there is an opportunity to move deeper through an 8-week program that starts on September 4th.
Full Presence Mindfulness starts with breathing, hearing, and seeing, then moves on to stories, goals, and finding meaning. The shift to being fully present happens easily, naturally and gradually.
Doors will open at 6:30 P.M.

More about the 8-week training
The 8-week training, led by Jack, is set up as a 2-hour class once a week. It offers a new vision of how we experience the world, grounded in simple but powerful practices. Guided meditations, readings and provocative questions. Also included is a daylong retreat in Berkeley.
The entire series of classes will be taught in Downtown Berkeley. An online version starts September 9.
Mangalam Center is located just 1 block from the Downtown Berkeley Bart station, and within walking distance to many of Downtown Berkeley’s great restaurants.
